This website is operated by Love & Eye Rolls ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Using our store
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Please use the site only for lawful purposes.

2. Products and pricing
Every item is printed and made to order. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than on the printed product. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We may correct errors in descriptions, images or pricing, and we may limit quantities.

3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an unavailable product. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners, and we never see or store your full card number.

4. Shipping, returns and store credit
We currently ship within the United States only. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, and orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, we offer store credit as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be voided if misused.

6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, logos and photos on this site belong to Love & Eye Rolls or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

7. Marketing emails
If you join our list, you agree to receive marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies.
